    The Richmond Committee of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous (RICYPAA) is a service committee whose mission is to reach out to alcoholics everywhere, including in institutions, schools, and meetings. RICYPAA hosts events to be of service and promote unity across Richmond and the Commonwealth of Virginia (Districts 18, 29, 43, 44).
